Riopelle Dialogues National Summit
National Gallery of Canada
– March 22 and 23, 2024

Artists from across the country gathered in Ottawa for a national summit on art and cultural mediation projects inspired by the creative spirit of Jean Paul Riopelle.

The Jean Paul Riopelle Foundation, in collaboration with Culture pour tous, has invited the artists and architects of the program around the exhibition Riopelle: Crossroads in Time to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Jean Paul Riopelle’s birth and the success of the Riopelle Dialogues program.

The artist-mediators selected for this program created and animated nine monumental works in their communities in 2023.
